Creative has the rights to cancel any orders related to price or stock issues.

You can place only prepaid orders.

We generally dispatch within 2 working days, Due to Covid-19 it might be delay. Delivery may be delayed in some cases once the order is dispatched from our warehouse due to external factors as we are using third-party courier services.

Once order dispatched , Can’t be cancelled.

No Returns applicable, only replacement is possible. Our request is for you to send us an Unboxing product video for replacement, if your case is genuine we will arrange a replacement.

For any warranty claim within the warranty period, you can contact Creative’s authorised service centre, they will assist you further.
